The method is simple: identify the claim, attach a source and review date, record the relevant version, and stop publishing when the evidence does not support a field.

Evidence levels
A is first-party and repeatable. B is corroborated secondary evidence. C needs recheck. U is unknown. N appears only in route navigation and is not an evidence grade.
Models disclose assumptions
A calculator may produce exact math from a candidate input while the game mechanic behind that input remains secondary or unknown. The interface keeps those layers separate.
Changing facts age
Game metrics, rates, recipes, codes and builds can change. A reviewed date and version travel with dynamic facts; stale or incomplete fields remain blocked.
